We have partnered with a PE backed media business who due to continued growth now have a requirement to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The role will lead on financial business partnering, providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure optimal financial performance.

With oversight of all CAPEX investment annually, the Finance Business Partner will be a trusted advisor to key non-finance stakeholders (e.g. HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations), providing the financial insights and challenges necessary to drive business performance, optimise costs, and support strategic decision-making.

The Finance Business Partner will drive robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while embedding a culture of commercial accountability across operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead business partnering with Design and Build leadership teams, providing clear financial insight, challenge, and recommendations.
– Drive effective financial planning and performance management across all the annual capital investment.
-Deliver high-quality analysis to support strategic decision-making, investment appraisal, and risk management.
-Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring financial considerations are embedded in operational strategy and delivery.
-Continuously improve processes and controls to optimise capital efficiency and resource allocation.

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in finance business partnering roles. You’ll have:
– A proven track record in CAPEX-intensive industries
– Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and support operational leaders.
