UK/I Finance Director – Professional Services – £170K + Package

Matching leadership and commercial acumen with a listed, international professional services business undergoing significant structural change. Additionally,  the UK/I FD mandate was a newly created position within a truly complex, matrix structure.

Director Of Group FP&A – Consulting & Outsourcing – £155k Package

We were recently instructed and successfully recruited a Director Of FP&A for a fast growing PE backed Consulting & Outsourcing business. Reporting to the CFO, the Director of FP&A needed to be someone who could oversee all the commercial finance activities of the finance function, with an emphasis on high quality analysis and business partnering to the senior stakeholder group. The individual recruited for the role was someone not previously known to us and was a direct applicant via our website.

Interim Tax Consultant – SaaS – £750 per day

Working closely with one of our clients, who we have recruited multiple roles across Finance & Operations, we were asked to provide interim resource to their Tax Team. It was essential for them to have someone who had operated at the Tax Director level specifically with international tax experience. Although not a function of finance we find ourselves working in regularly we were able to reach out to an individual in our network who we had previously put into an assignment. This role sat outside IR35.

Interim ERP Consultant – Retail – £1,100 per day

Our client is a fast growing retail organisation who are 24 months away from an IPO. Having had Microsoft Dynamics 365 implemented they had a requirement for a consultant to work across the various disciplines / divisions to enable the business to start using the system efficiently and effectively. The role took responsibility as the admin user for the ERP tool meaning we had to identify an individual with prior experience of implementing and working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Through a comprehensive search we were able to provide our client with an individual who had the requisite skill set to successfully carry out the assignment.

Interim Finance Consultant – US SaaS Business – £1,500 per day

Identifying a technically strong, experienced Interim with international experience. As with many organisations this business had grown at speed with minimal controls and procedures in place. In order to facilitate the next phase of growth a robust structure and controllership was required ahead of a significant transformation project.

Senior Finance Business Partner – £85k + Package

Our client, a PE backed technology business, required our help to strengthen and build their Commercial Finance Function. The position required an individual with a blend of FP&A, finance business partnering and reporting experience. By reaching out to our network we were able to identify an excellent candidate for the role within a competitor business who has now started and is delivering significant value.

Finance Director – Fintech – £140k + Package

This quarter we have just completed on the appointment of a Finance Director with a PLC Fintech organisation. The business in many ways retains a “start up” feel the so position required an individual with an entrepreneurial flair who was able to take end to end responsibility for a finance function in an embryonic phase. With the business growing so quickly the Finance Director sits on the Senior Leadership Team and will play a key part in shaping the strategy over the next five years. The individual recruited for the role was someone not previously known to us and was a direct applicant via our website.
