Interim FP&A Consultant (6-Month Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Start: Immediate / ASAP
We are partnered with a fast-growing, technology-enabled services business who are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Consultant to support its Finance team during a critical period of scale and transformation. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, hands-on finance professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the month-end reporting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely performance insights
– Develop, refine, and automate FP&A models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
– Partner with senior leadership to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations
– Enhance management reporting packs and KPI dashboards for operational and investor audiences
– Support scenario modelling, cash flow forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
– Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements across the FP&A function
About You:
– Proven FP&A experience, ideally within high-growth, tech-enabled or services-based organisations
– Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capability
– Comfortable operating autonomously and building structure in evolving environments
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
– Prior interim or consulting experience beneficial but not essential
