This role sits at the heart of the organisation’s decision-making process, working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, optimise performance, and drive long-term value creation. It’s a highly visible, senior FP&A position with full ownership of group forecasting, budgeting, strategic modelling, and business partnering across key commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:

-Partner with senior commercial, content, and operational teams to evaluate performance and guide investment decisions
-Own group-wide KPIs, reporting frameworks, and financial planning processes
-Support long-term strategic planning, including growth modelling and investment analysis
-Work closely with the CFO and broader leadership group to refine financial strategy and improve operational efficiency
-Drive continuous improvement of FP&A tools, systems, and processes
About You:
-ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
-Extensive experience in FP&A at a senior level, ideally in a fast-paced, digitally led or content-driven business
-Commercially minded, confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and comfortable influencing at executive level
-Strong analytical and modelling capability, with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate insights clearly
-Proactive, curious, and able to operate both strategically and hands-on
-Thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments
-This role has no direct reports, so you should enjoy being highly autonomous and hands-on with analysis
This role represents a fantastic opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a global, high-growth organisation with senior exposure, high visibility, and genuine influence on decision-making
If you’re a strategic FP&A leader who enjoys owning the numbers, driving insight, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders, please get in touch.
